The Army Public School, Beas was established on July 10, 1995 to provide value based quality education mainly to the wards of Army personnel at an affordable cost. The school has been functioning under aegis of Army Welfare Education Society (AWES) and is affiliated to Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). The school is located at Godhana approximately 8 kms from Beas.

The school aims at all round development of personality of its wards. The school campus provides a healthy and balanced development of body, mind and the spirit.

The Army Public School, Beas is a residential school with all the modern facilities. The class rooms are fitted with all the modern necessary teaching-learning gadgets, a well stocked library, well equipped laboratories and state-of-the art computer lab.

The school has good sports facilities within the campus. A number of indoor clubs for practising like painting and sculpture, music, dramatics, computer club, cookery and yoga are also available. The school also has a auditorium with a state-of-the-art projection facilities. The school has well equipped computer lab and allied infrastructure for computer education.
